Build the Ages and its games are run by Prime Signal Marketing LLC. By playing or making an account you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@buildtheages.com.

Who can play

These games are not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not make an account or buy anything.

The games

The games run in your browser and are free to play. Each game has its own save and its own progress. We keep improving them, so buildings, numbers, prices and features can change, and a game can be retired.

Your account and saves

An account is optional. Keep your password and your recovery phrase safe: the phrase is shown once, and we cannot read it or your password for you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Without an account your save lives only in your browser, and clearing the browser's data removes it. Use the export in Settings to keep a copy. We take care with cloud saves but cannot promise that a save will never be lost.

Purchases

• Everything for sale is digital: in-game currency, boosts, passes and cosmetic items. Nothing is shipped.
• Purchases are per game. What you buy in one game belongs to that game and does not carry over to another.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Stripe handles the payment, and your card statement shows a line starting PRIME SIGN with the game's name after it.
• Items arrive in your game as soon as the payment goes through. If something does not arrive, the Store can restore a purchase from the email you paid with, or you can write to us.
• In-game currency and items are a licence to use them in that game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be rebalanced as the game changes.

If a purchase went wrong, write to support@buildtheages.com and we will look into it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Playing fair

Please do not attack or overload our servers, get around the store or its payments, use another person's account, or use names that are hateful or unlawful. We may remove content, or close an account, that does these things.

What is ours

The games, their art, words and code belong to Prime Signal Marketing LLC or its licensors. You may play them and share screenshots. Please do not copy or resell them.

No guarantees

The games are provided as they are. They may have bugs or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, this page changes and the date at the top moves.
